The winning recipe of Archontakis – Kazamias in the first Panhellenic competition of the Association of Amateur Brewers of Greece (SIZE) in cooperation with the Microbrewery of Serres. An innovative recipe for the craft Greek scene, full of delicious flavors and smokes of tobacco and wood that are followed in the background by caramel and raisin notes.
Color: Bronze to red-brown, translucent, thick foam with good durability.
Perfumes: Strongly smokes of tobacco, cooked caramel, bread, and bacon.
Taste: The taste is soft and sweet at first and the smoke leaves a delightful aftertaste along with a bitter bitterness. Rye and heavy caramelized Belgian type cones are completing the sophisticated feeling.
Alcohol: Fermentation has given us 7 units of alcohol.
It combines well with smoked sausages and grilled meats. It can also be combined with grilled vegetables and chili, smoked cheeses such as gouda and cheddar. and is drunk at a temperature close to 8 degrees as a drink.
